Vista Style 5 Theme

Another Windows Vista Theme. This is similar to another Vista theme on this site except is has a windows logo in the corner.

We will look into this. Our hosts have been doing some upgrades which could be causing the download speed problems.

This is the coolest windows vista theme so far. I have to say, who ever created this or requested it has good taste!
